Welcome to the "Le Soleil" residence.
This 30m² flat for 4 people, located on the 6th floor, comprises :
- Living room with pull-out sofa bed (2 x 90cm*190cm) and television
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
- Bedroom with double bed (140cm*200cm)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- Equipped south-east-facing terrace (table and 2 chairs + chairs).
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, pillows and linens.
The "Le Soleil" residence is located close to the ski slopes, ski rental companies and all amenities for a friendly atmosphere. It is also equipped with ski lockers and a lift.
Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- Towel pack: €12/person
- End-of-stay cleaning: €70
From 1 November 2024, this property will be reclassified as SELECT. As a result, bed linen will be included in the rental of this accommodation, providing a higher level of comfort and convenience for our tenants. This change is designed to enhance our customers' experience by providing a higher standard of service, including eliminating the need to bring their own bed linen.
A deposit of €500 is required on arrival.
Nb: Maestro, American express, cheques and cash are not accepted.
