Avenue de la Muzelle, the main street in Les Deux Alpes, transforms into a magical festive arena where you can take a stroll, sip a vin chaud and lose yourself in the festive spirit.

With a programme of parades, street cabaret, torchlit descents, sparkling decorations and festive entertainments, the centre of resort is pedestrianised.

This series of family-friendly parades and entertainments takes place over the school holidays.

Where and when

The Magic Avenue processions take place on 24 and 31 December 2024.

And don't forget for the February holidays, the 11, 18 and 25 February 2025 and 4 March 2025 when the avenue becomes pedestrianised from 18:00 until 19:30.

Upcoming Events

In winter the resort is host to a number of international festivals and skiing events. The Rise Festival just before Christmas features big name bands and DJs, while other big winter events include the Mad Snow Race in January. In the summer, snow camps and freestyle ski competitions take place on the glacier, while the legendary mountain bike race, the Mountain of Hell, takes place at the end of June.
