The extensive lift network in Les 2 Alpes is open both summer and winter.
With a ski area ranging from 1,300m to 3,600m in altitude, you'll find one of Europe's largest skiable glaciers in Les 2 Alpes. These year round snow-sure conditions means there's both a winter and summer ski scene attracting snow lovers from around the world.
Weather/snow conditions permitting, you can usually ski in Les 2 Alpes from December-April using the lift system. Naturally, the season can be extended, typically with weekend openings in November or by ski-touring/hiking yourself up!
The Deux Alpes glacier is usually partially open to skiers and pedestrians, snow cover permitting, in October for the French half-term (Toussaint) school holidays.
Season start and end dates may vary slightly as they are dependent on snow conditions. There may be a reduced ski area in operation if snow cover is insufficient or due to early/late season ramp up/down.
