Les Deux Alpes shoots for the Stars, Michelin Guide 2016
A Michelin star awarded in 2 Alpes
The end of January is a tense time for restaurants, especially those with Michelin stars or those hoping to gain one of those much sought after accolades.
Yesterday, Michelin published their list of 2016 Michelin Guide restaurants, which includes those restaurants not only with one, two or three stars, but also those restaurants that Michelin has recommended or singled out as 'Bib Gourmand'.
Happily for the gourmets, foodies and tourists of 2 Alpes, the resort has gained one Michelin star at restaurant le P'tit Polyte.
The restaurant said on it's facebook page: "It is with immense joy that we share this news with you: Our gourmet restaurant "The P'tit Polyte" has gained its star, a big Congratulations and a huge thank you to the whole team who worked hard to this dream is possible. A big thank you to all of our customers who have followed us and accompanied us in this adventure".
