James has been taking a look around the lively resort of Les Deux Alpes, situated right in the heart of the Oisans region and renowned for its amazing scenery and boundless opportunities for both winter and summer sports.
At an altitude of 1650m and surrounded by glaciers, Les Deux Alpes offers year round glacier skiing and out of season ski and snowboard camps, as well as links over to the legendary resort of La Grave, famous for its outstanding off-piste terrain.
It also has one of the most modern lift systems in Europe, giving access to 200kms of piste or 100kms of marked MTB trails in the summer.
The resort also enjoys a fun and lively nightlife and has a wide choice of bars and restaurants to choose from in the evening.
