Le P'tit Polyte restaurant has retained it's one Michelin Star rating in this year's edition of the prestigious restaurant guide.
Le P'tit Polyte is the renowned restaurant of the 4 Star Chalet Mounier and has held its one star rating since 1999. The restaurant is widely known for its fine and inventive cuisine.
The Michelin Guide is the oldest and best known European hotel and restaurant guide. The guide awards one to three stars to a small number of restaurants of outstanding quality. The one star rating awarded to the likes of Le P'tit Polyte indicates 'very good cuisine in its category'.
