For one weekend only the resort of Les 2 Alpes puts the women riders in the spotlight.
Enjoy sharing skills and knowledge with the event ambassador Isabeau Courdurier, Enduro MTB World Champion.
This year, Isabeau will personally invite a hand-picked group of mini-riders aged under 10 to ride with her and benefit from two days of coaching.
The ‘teens’ (10 to 17) and ‘girls’ (actually women, aged 18 and over) will be able to access pro coaching and ride on the Les 2 Alpes Bike park and learn obstacle clearance techniques and a reduced rate on the passes.
Schedule of events
11 July
Crazy race: the craziest mini-bike race ever! Meet up at the Chez nous Deux bar, on the Place de l’Alpe de Venosc, to take part. Participants will be welcomed by Isabeau, who will present the weekend’s programme, followed by an aperitif.
12 July
Morning: Distribution of welcome pack (MTB jersey, ski pass, programme leaflet)
- Kids (girls up to the age of 10) - Riding morning supervised by Isabeau
- Teens (teenagers up to 17) - Riding morning with the coaches
- Girl (women aged 18 and over) - Bike park session with advanced workshops, supervised by instructors
Lunch included on the slopes at La Troïka for all participants
Afternoon: Teens and women - unsupervised free ride with Isabeau
Evening: Aperitif and conference
13 July
Morning: warm-up on the terrace of the Le 3200 mountain restaurant
- Introduction to mountain biking on snow (subject to snow conditions)
- Kids supervised by Isabeau, with a return to the resort via the 4×4 track
- Teens will be supervised by a coach and the women's group is not supervised
Lunch not included, free for participants.
Afternoon: MTB mechanics workshop of basic bike mechanics and free riding session.
