1. Le P'tit Polyte Restaurant

Location
Les Deux Alpes

This is the renowned restaurant of the 4* Chalet Hotel Mounier, famous in the Southern Alps for its fine cuisine based on fresh local produce and the inventiveness of the chef.

Traditional regional ingredients such as wild mushrooms, Alpine cheese and cured meats are prepared with care to produce a menu that is brimming with refined and delectable flavours.

The menu changes often to make the most of seasonal delicacies and is complimented by a selection of over 800 carefully chosen wines. One of the three tasting menus is 100% plant based.

During the summer months you can enjoy your meal on the terrace by the pool.

You are welcome to call in at any time, but reservations are advised to avoid disappointment. Open in winter from 19:30 to 21:00, except on Sundays and Mondays. Lunch on bank holidays from 12:15 to 13:30. In summer, open Tuesday to Saturday from 19:45 to 21:00.

2. Le Raisin d'Ours Restaurant

Les Deux Alpes

A great gourmet restaurant where you won't be blown away by the prices.

The chef Fabien Poirot draws on his experience of eating in different parts of the world, particularly Asia so you can enjoy a combination of a variety of different flavours and cultural influences.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. In winter, between 12:00 and 14:30 and 18:30 to 21:45. In summer, from 09:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00. Closed on Wednesday for lunch.

About choosing a restaurant in Les 2 Alpes

Worth noting is that at lunchtime most restaurants will offer a well-priced 'Plat du Jour' (dish of the day), normally consisting of locally-sourced meat, potatoes and a salad or seasonal vegetables. Most, if not all of the restaurants in Les Deux Alpes are child friendly, especially if you let them know in advance. Evening meals are normally served from 19:00, and the restaurants are quieter at this time than later on.
