1. Le P'tit Polyte Restaurant

Les Deux Alpes

This is the renowned restaurant of the 4* Chalet Hotel Mounier, famous in the Southern Alps for its fine cuisine based on fresh local produce and the inventiveness of the chef.

Traditional regional ingredients such as wild mushrooms, Alpine cheese and cured meats are prepared with care to produce a menu that is brimming with refined and delectable flavours.

The menu changes often to make the most of seasonal delicacies and is complimented by a selection of over 800 carefully chosen wines. One of the three tasting menus is 100% plant based.

During the summer months you can enjoy your meal on the terrace by the pool.

You are welcome to call in at any time, but reservations are advised to avoid disappointment.

The gourmet burgers are a standout, packed with flavour and served with all the classic trimmings. With its vibrant, energetic atmosphere, it’s the perfect place for a hearty dinner followed by a fun night out in the heart of the resort, making it a favourite for both locals and visitors looking for great food and a lively après-ski scene.

The restaurant is upstairs, whilst downstairs the bar is a go-to for live music, drinks and a proper party vibe.

3. The Spot Bar & Restaurant

A firm favourite in Les Deux Alpes, The Spot is the go-to destination for great food, drinks and a lively atmosphere all year round. Its sunny terrace is perfect for soaking up the mountain air, while live music nights and screenings of all the big sporting events keep the energy high. Whether you’re looking to relax, refuel or catch up with friends after a day on the slopes, The Spot offers a welcoming, vibrant setting that never disappoints.

Open from morning until late, The Spot serves food non-stop through the day - whether you’re after a quick bite, a leisurely lunch, or an evening meal. The menu is all about hearty comfort food, and their famous Build Your Own Burger lets you choose your bun, patty, toppings, and extras to create your own mega burger masterpiece. If you're looking for a non-meat option, try the superb Vegetable Wellington or select the veggie burger option from their ‘Build your own burger’ menu. All food is available to eat in or take away.

Behind the bar, you’ll find a great selection of beers, cocktails, and wines, all served by a friendly team that knows how to make you feel at home. From après-ski pints in winter to summer evening drinks on the terrace, The Spot is always buzzing with energy and good vibes.

About choosing a restaurant in Les 2 Alpes

Worth noting is that at lunchtime most restaurants will offer a well-priced 'Plat du Jour' (dish of the day), normally consisting of locally-sourced meat, potatoes and a salad or seasonal vegetables. Most, if not all of the restaurants in Les Deux Alpes are child friendly, especially if you let them know in advance. Evening meals are normally served from 19:00, and the restaurants are quieter at this time than later on.
