Torchlit Descent World Record Challenge

Join the challenge of creating the largest torchlit descent

featured in Events Calendar Updated

To celebrate the opening of the new blue run Jandri1, the 2 Alpes resort will try to achieve the torchlit descent world record.

They aim to gather 3000 people to make a descent of 10km all together. In order to participate, you must be able to ski in all types of snow, while children must have a "etoile de bronze" level. The descent will be followed by fireworks and a vin chaud.

The organisation will provide the torchlit, bib and lift pass. If you already have a ski pass, you only need to head to 3200m. You can also pre-register online, or on the same day from 15:00 at the Jandri lift departure. The descent will begin at 18:00.

Snowboarders are, unfortunately, not allowed.
